Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is completely FREE on all orders across mainland UK. This includes our premium white glove service where our team will deliver to your room of choice, unpack your mattress, and remove all packaging.

When will my mattress be delivered?

We typically deliver within 5-7 working days. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email with tracking information and a link to book your preferred delivery slot.

For remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands), delivery may take an additional 2-3 days.

Can you take away my old mattress?

Yes! Our delivery team can remove your old mattress when they deliver your new one. This service is completely free — just select the option at checkout or let us know when booking your delivery slot.

Will the mattress fit through my door?

Our mattresses are delivered vacuum-packed and rolled, making them easy to maneuver through narrow hallways and doorways. Once in your room, simply unpack and the mattress will expand to its full size within 24-48 hours.

200-Night Trial

How does the 200-night trial work?

It's simple — sleep on your new Prime Mattress for up to 200 nights. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us and we'll arrange a free collection and full refund.

We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust before making a decision.

Is there really no catch?

Absolutely no catch. If you decide the mattress isn't right for you within 200 nights:

  • We collect the mattress for free
  • You receive a full refund
  • The mattress is recycled responsibly

What happens to returned mattresses?

We partner with local charities and recycling facilities. Mattresses in good condition are donated to those in need. All other mattresses are broken down and recycled responsibly — nothing goes to landfill.

Warranty

What does the 10-year guarantee cover?

Our 10-year guarantee covers manufacturing defects including:

  • Sagging greater than 25mm (without load)
  • Broken or protruding springs
  • Faulty stitching or fabric defects
  • Electrical faults (heated/massage models)

How do I make a warranty claim?

Simply contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos to assess the problem. If covered under warranty, we'll arrange for repair or replacement at no cost to you.

What finance options are available?

We offer 0% interest finance on all mattresses, allowing you to spread the cost over 12 or 24 months. There are no hidden fees — you pay exactly the same as if you paid upfront.

Example: A £1,200 mattress would be just £50/month over 24 months with 0% interest.

How do I apply for finance?

Finance applications are completed securely at checkout. You'll need to be 18+, a UK resident, and have a valid debit card. The application takes just 2 minutes, and you'll receive an instant decision in most cases.

Will applying affect my credit score?

The initial eligibility check is a "soft search" that won't affect your credit score. A full credit check is only performed if you proceed with the application, which may leave a footprint on your credit file.

Which mattress is best for back pain?

For back pain sufferers, we recommend the Platinum 3500 with its 3,500 pocket springs for superior spinal support, or the Prime Massage for therapeutic relief before sleep.

Do I need a specific bed frame?

Our mattresses work with most bed frames including divans, slats, platforms, and adjustable bases. For best results, ensure your bed frame provides solid, even support. If using a slatted base, slats should be no more than 7cm apart.

How do I care for my mattress?

To keep your mattress in top condition:

  • Use a mattress protector from day one
  • Rotate your mattress every 3 months
  • Allow it to breathe when changing bedding
  • Vacuum occasionally to remove dust
